BKS Bank d.d.: New Management Board

„We’re glad that Christian Pettinger, an expert with a very good reputation and international experience, is joining the Management Board of BKS Bank d.d.”, says Heimo Penker, CEO of BKS Bank. Christian Pettinger (49) manages together with Goran Rameša (54) the Croatian subsidiary of the group, BKS Bank d.d.
Pettinger follows Milivoj Debelić, who decided to leave BKS Bank d.d.. Pettinger is responsible for the Risk-Management, IT, Back-Office, Internal Audit, Legal Affairs and Human Resources. Rameša, who has already been a member of the Management Board, controls the Retail and Corporate Customer Business.
Christian Pettinger has experience in the financial business since 1987. In the last years, he has focused on international leasing projects. Before joining BKS Bank d.d., he supported companies which planned leasing in the Eastern European countries as a consultant. Pettinger, who was born in Graz (Austria), is married and is father of two children.
Goran Rameša was CEO of the beverage-company “Istravino” before he entered Kvarner Banka d.d. in 1999. In 2000 he was appointed to CEO. Kvarner Banka d.d. was bought by BKS Bank in 2007 and renamed to BKS Bank d.d. in 2008. Rameša was one of the main responsible persons for the successful integration of the Croatian Bank into the BKS Bank group. As Pettinger, Rameša is married and has two sons.
